Rate alerts are here: get notified the moment your target hits

Exchange rates move throughout the day, and the difference between sending at a good moment and a mediocre one can be meaningful on a large transfer. Rate alerts let you stop watching the market yourself — set a target rate once, and we'll tell you the moment it's hit.

How it works

• Pick a currency pair and set your target rate from the Tools menu
• We check live rates continuously and notify you by push, SMS or email the moment your target is reached
• Tap the alert to jump straight into a pre-filled transfer at that rate
• Set multiple alerts across different corridors at once

This is especially useful for larger, less time-sensitive transfers — school fee payments due next month, planned business payments, or simply not wanting to send on a day the rate happens to be worse than average.

Rate alerts are live now in your account under Tools → Exchange rate. There's no limit on how many alerts you can set, and they don't expire until you cancel them or they trigger.
